Attain Abilities is a small private practice that provides personal and professional Occupational Therapy Services to the local community. 

We are a team of highly qualified therapists and administrative staff who are committed to ensuring that participants receive the best quality of care. 

Our aim is to empower our participants to attain their goals of independence and health. Whether they have a long-term disability or an acute injury or illness, our therapists have the experience and skill-base to support them in achieving their goals.

Our Occupational Therapists will work with participants in the community to enhance their ability to be able to engage in the activities that they want to, need to or are expected to do. 

The Occupational Therapists will help participants to achieve their goals through assessment and adaptation of home, work and school environments; assessment for and prescription of appropriate equipment and assistive technology; and supporting them through direct physical therapy or capacity building sessions to be able to participate in daily activities.
